Kimberly is also a momma, wife, foodie, crystal enthusiast, and teacher who shares the practice of yoga, meditation, breath work, and hypnosis to heal, harmonize, and enhance your WHOLE life.

Kimberly's teachings are inspired by many styles and honored teachers with whom she has studied. Kimberly is recognized for being a powerful, clear teacher while creating a down to earth space for her students to explore their practice. Her classes and sessions are a wonderful experience! A blend of goodness uniquely prepared for you!

 

Being an experienced registered yoga teacher and mentor, Kimberly has taught yoga since 2012 and practicing since 2001.  She is a devoted student who holds a deep reverence for her practice that she shares with her students in a loving and supportive way on their journey.

Currently, Kimberly is an adjunct faculty at Angelo State University, and a Coach for Aura Health app, Also, individual private sessions are available.
