I’ve spent an incredible amount of time and energy being the best yoga teacher, guide, any other word that I can think of that is healing and helpful for others…

But now the mission is clear: to be the best mom, wife, self, and any other word that I can think of that is healing and helpful for myself…

Not realizing it, and from the best of intentions, these two worlds have felt like separate entities; but I realize that I am the same person, these worlds were never separate or apart, they have always been and always will be one.

Happy fall, yogis!

this time of the year is habitually very busy for many families, exciting with a lot of new events and opportunities, but for some can be seasonally exhausted.

I have felt some of the seasonal imbalance myself, and it presents in forms of extreme fatigue, headaches, extra emotional, anxiety, fear, and attachment to ego.

The good news is: I have been here before! Many times! And I’m sure you have as well. using this information and the feelings that come up, we can choose to self soothe and nurture.

My current version of “self soothe and nurture” is by spending extra time with my husband and daughter, disconnecting from my phone, and anchoring into the study of yoga, along with time spent practicing with my teachers.

this means taking a break from Sunday classes for the next couple of months outside of teacher training weekends.

I love you all dearly, and I’m so grateful for everyone that has continued to stay connected with me! I am so thankful for @kriskwilliams and all of the teachers and students at Mandala Den for the amazing year of yoga that we have had together! I am excited for future offerings and collaboration 🙏💖🥰✨✨✨

Binders are prepped, technology is starting to work in our favor, and I’ve even lined up our first batch of guest teachers!!!

I know there are a lot of amazing options out there for training, so just to even be offering a program amidst these highly educated and trained folks is a huge honor.

I have been preparing for several months (or maybe even years in the works) of how I want this program to flow and feel. My goal was not to do a quick turn around, but to give enough time for this information to really absorb for the highest good of all - and upon completion, feeling like we laid a strong foundation of yoga and so much more for whatever you choose to do with it in the future. 🙏✨✨✨ i love the idea that each person who joins the program will bring their own experiences and insight that will benefit all of us, including me!
