Welcome back! I have talked in my previous post about the strap, but today's post is about the BLANKET! Here are 3 amazing uses for a blanket: Sitting on in meditation feels good for the hips and elevates the posture Supports belly and chest in forward folds such as Pigeon pose, that can be deep and its nice to give your body a supportive "Cush" to relax better. Wonderful to roll up and lay over to stretch spine, shoulders and chest. If you need a blanket - these are great! U
Recommended Props for Home Practice Yoga
One of my favorite props is the YOGA STRAP! You can get such a deep stretch, especially for the legs when using the strap. Also, it helps to extend the reach of your arms so there is no feeling of force to reach your toes.
