3 Tips for Meditation

I wanted to share 3 simple tips to give you some guidance in your #meditation practice:


  1. Let Go of any expectations - just let it be as it is that day.

  2. Get comfortable - physically in your body - you can sit or lay down with blankets or pillows to get as comfortable as possible. Remember, you can always re-adjust as needed to continue to relax more....

  3. JUST DO IT - the act of meditation is more important than the technique used or how successful you think it was
