20 Minute Morning Flow!

Mornings are the best time to practice yoga - but sometimes the hardest due to lack of time and energy. This 20 minute flow is sure to help you start your day out and feel wonderful. My intention for morning practice is always "may this practice leave me with a smile on my face and joy within my heart". :) I hope it does the same for you. Enjoy!
